Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the institute and is in charge of the overall management of the affairs of the institute. The present Director is Dr. Rajan P.

Dr. P Rajan is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, and a post-graduate from CUSAT. He had 30 years of experience in the Kerala State Electricity Board. He held various positions from Assistant Engineer to Chief Engineer. He was appointed as a Director of KSEB Limited in 2020. He held charges of the Generation, Transmission as well as Distribution wings of KSEB during this tenure. He was instrumental in the design, construction, and commissioning of several projects in KSEB.

Bose Jacob is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from Govt Engineering College, Thrissur. He took his MTech from IIT Madras in 1989 and MBA from IGNOU in 1996. He has 32 years of experience in the power sector. He retired from Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd in the position of Deputy Chief Engineer

He graduated from Govt. College of Engineering, Kannur in Electronics & Communication Engineering.  Presently he is working as Executive Engineer in KSEB Limited. He is also the President of KSEB Officers’ Association.
